Executive Sales Support Coordinator

Quest is seeking qualified candidates for an immediate Executive Administrative Sales Support Coordinator.
Will support the SALES TEAM and the VP Of Sales Direct Hire
Will be 5 days IN-Office for the first 6 months, then will switch to a Hybrid schedule. 3 Days In/2 Days at home.

Manage sensitive sales-related information and communications with discretion and
confidentiality
Coordinate and maintain the VP of Sales' schedule, including internal, external, and cross departmental
meetings
Support preparation and follow-through on sales commitments, meetings, and deliverables
Track status of pre- and post-sales workflows to ensure actions are completed on time and in full
Act as a communication bridge between the VP of Sales and other teams, ensuring clarity,
alignment, and consistent momentum
Organize complex calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts quickly and professionally
Draft polished communications, client-facing documents, and internal reports to support
presentations and strategic conversations
Prioritize conflicting needs and manage multiple demands, projects, and deadlines without
sacrificing accuracy or professionalism
Coordinate logistics for sales leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, and offsite events
Process and manage expense reporting in a timely, accurate manner
Be responsive to time-sensitive communications, including occasional needs outside of normal
business hours
Handle ad hoc project work as requested, including internal and client-facing event support
Help maintain CRM data integrity and generate clean, reliable sales reports
Serve as a key contact for internal
