Commercial Construction Superintendent Location: Ashland, OR Job Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for commercial construction projects in Ashland and the surrounding Southern Oregon region. This position plays a critical role in delivering safe, high-quality projects while maintaining schedules, budgets, and strong working relationships with trade partners. This is a leadership-focused, boots-on-the-ground role for a superintendent who takes pride in craftsmanship, organization, and team coordination. Key Responsibilities Lead all on-site construction activities from project start through completion Coordinate, schedule, and supervise subcontractors and suppliers Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones Enforce site safety programs and OSHA compliance Perform daily site walks and quality control inspections Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, architects, and inspectors Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of work Prepare daily reports and track jobsite progress Proactively resolve field issues and maintain a clean, organized jobsite Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects Strong understanding of commercial building systems and sequencing Proven ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced job sites Ability to read and interpret plans, schedules, and specifications Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills OSHA 30 certification preferred (or ability to obtain) Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site in Ashland, OR What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable) Long-term career growth opportunities Consistent commercial project pipeline in Southern Oregon
