Commercial Construction SuperintendentLocation: Ashland, OR Job Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for commercial construction projects in Ashland and the surrounding Southern Oregon region. This position plays a critical role in delivering safe, high-quality projects while maintaining schedules, budgets, and strong working relationships with trade partners.This is a leadership-focused, boots-on-the-ground role for a superintendent who takes pride in craftsmanship, organization, and team coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all on-site construction activities from project start through completionCoordinate, schedule, and supervise subcontractors and suppliersMaintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestonesEnforce site safety programs and OSHA compliancePerform daily site walks and quality control inspectionsCommunicate effectively with project managers, owners, architects, and inspectorsReview and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and scopes of workPrepare daily reports and track jobsite progressProactively resolve field issues and maintain a clean, organized jobsiteQualifications5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projectsStrong understanding of commercial building systems and sequencingProven ability to manage multiple trades and fast-paced job sitesAbility to read and interpret plans, schedules, and specificationsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsOSHA 30 certification preferred (or ability to obtain)Valid driver’s license and ability to work on-site in Ashland, ORWhat We OfferCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and paid holidaysCompany vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable)Long-term career growth opportunitiesConsistent commercial project pipeline in Southern Oregon
