Strategic Finance Manager (Growth Track to Senior Manager)

This Strategic Finance Manager role is with a private equity-backed healthcare technology company that is building its Strategic Finance function. The position is project-focused and supports strategy, value creation, and executive decision-making rather than traditional FP&A work.
Defined progression from Strategic Finance Manager to Senior Manager as the team expands
Opportunity to help establish processes, frameworks, and strategic focus areas
Fully remote role with optional in-person collaboration
This role fits a Strategic Finance Manager looking to move beyond standard finance responsibilities into broader strategic work.
Lead project-based financial analysis, including business cases, scenario modeling, and value initiatives
Partner with operations, product, technology, and executive teams to support strategic decisions
Build and maintain financial models for growth initiatives, investments, and operational changes
Develop reporting, tools, and dashboards to improve business performance visibility
Own strategic projects and adjust priorities as business needs evolve
6+ years of experience in strategic finance, consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or PE operations
Strong financial modeling, analytical skills, and business judgment
Is comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and project-based work
