This is not a traditional FP&A role-it's a high-visibility, project-driven position focused on strategy, value creation, and executive decision support.
Strategic Finance Manager to Senior Manager
Ground-floor opportunity to help shape processes, frameworks, and strategic priorities
Fully remote flexibility with optional in-person collaboration
Work centered on strategic initiatives, not recurring budget maintenance

Key Responsibilities of the Strategic Finance Manager
Lead project-based financial analyses, including business cases, scenario modeling, and value-creation initiatives
Partner cross-functionally with operations, product, technology, and executive leadership to support strategic decisions
Build and maintain financial models that support growth initiatives, investments, and operational improvements
Develop tools, dashboards, and reporting that improve visibility into business performance
Own and drive strategic projects independently while adapting to evolving business priorities
Qualifications xrczosw for the Strategic Finance Manager
6+ years of experience in strategic finance, consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or PE operations
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with strong business judgment
