Description: We are currently looking for a Client Success Specialist in the Norwalk, CT area. The Client Success Specialist will work directly with worldwide clients to help them achieve maximum value from their platform. This role involves a variety of daily activities that includes on-boarding, implementation, training, accounting support, software QA/troubleshooting, project management and more. They will also play a critical role working with the engineering team providing input and feedback for continued product development, strategic planning and decision making. In summary they will: Respond to daily inquiries from clients that are using our platform. Conduct live training sessions, and create self-help resources. Help troubleshoot usability, reporting and reconciliation issues. Manage support cases and engage in specialty client projects. Provide guidance on integrating and adapting our solution to meet business requirements. Work with our engineering team to address issues and improve our platform. Meet with stakeholders to scope future projects and make recommendations. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or related field. 1+ years of relevant experience working with clients in operations, customer service, project management, or related field preferable at a technology company. Any experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or ERP systems. Comfortable working with Excel to analyze and manipulate data. Analytical thinking and problem-solving is your strength. Exceptional written, verbal, and phone skills.
