My name is Syed Bilal with Protouch Healthcare Staffing. We are looking for a Physician Assistant. Physician Assistant - Houlton, ME Shift- 5-day work week. No weekends. Specialty: Family Practice Primary Care Job Description: The Physician Assistant will provide quality health care and treatment to patients. Health care includes: health promotions; prevention of disease and disability; identification of health problems; management of health problems; and referral with communication to the patient's primary care provider. The Physician Assistant will practice medicine within the scope of their licensure and if applicable, under the Supervision of a Physician. Requirements: Certification by an approved organization according to the Maine State Board of Nursing. Current Maine State Licensure. Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant's program. Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Current Maine State Licensure. Requires current CPR and ACLS. Minimum- 2 years exp Benefits: Dental and Vision Insurance. Accrued 3 weeks of Paid Vacation year one and accrued 4 weeks of paid vacation each year after. Accrued up to 24 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) and up to 40 hours of earned paid leave year one Accrued up to 88 combined hours of PTO and earned paid leave annually thereafter STD and LTD premium paid at 100%401k plan available after one year of service.
