Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Office Receptionist located in Surfside, FL. The Medical Office Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, managing appointments, handling phone calls, and performing administrative tasks. The role also involves maintaining patient records, supporting medical staff, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all patients. Qualifications 2+ years experience working in medical office Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience with managing appointments and patient records Proficiency in handling phone calls and providing customer service Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare environments Organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to perform administrative tasks efficiently High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus
