Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Director located in Hayward, CA. The Human Resources Director will oversee all aspects of HR management, such as implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Additional responsibilities include leading performance management initiatives, handling conflict resolution, fostering a positive workplace culture, and serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership on organizational development and workforce planning. Qualifications Expertise in Human Resources (HR) processes, including recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning Strong understanding and experience with HR Policies and compliance frameworks Proficiency in Employee Relations and managing workplace conflict Knowledge of Performance Management practices, including goal-setting and development initiatives Solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance with regulations Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Experience eifh implementation with benefits
