Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Director located in Hayward, CA. The Human Resources Director will oversee all aspects of HR management, such as implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. Additional responsibilities include leading performance management initiatives, handling conflict resolution, fostering a positive workplace culture, and serving as a strategic partner to senior leadership on organizational development and workforce planning.
