Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000/year + Bonus + Full Benefits

HireNow Staffing is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney with a strong background in personal injury law to join a nationally recognized firm. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced trial lawyer who is eager to manage high-value cases, lead in the courtroom, and work with a firm that values excellence, advocacy, and results.
While this role offers the flexibility of remote work, the ideal candidate must be licensed in New York and prepared to handle in-person court proceedings, depositions, and trials across the state . A Texas bar license is a strong plus, as the firm is expanding its litigation footprint.
Take ownership of a robust litigation docket from intake through trial or settlement.
Lead all aspects of personal injury cases including pleadings, motions, discovery, mediations, and trials .
Serve as first-chair trial counsel in jury trials and complex hearings.
Develop and execute litigation strategies while ensuring clients remain informed and supported.
Mentor and collaborate with paralegals, litigation support staff, and junior attorneys.
4+ years of personal injury litigation experience , with proven trial success.
~ Exceptional advocacy skills both written and oral and strong negotiation ability.
Federal court licensure and/or appellate experience : expanding your versatility in litigation strategy.
Multi-jurisdiction litigation background : proven ability to adapt across state courts and rules.
