SEND RESUMES TO Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing rent payments, security deposits, and vendor invoices Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts monthly while investigating and resolving any discrepancies Prepare and maintain property-specific financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports Process monthly tenant statements, handle lease administration and maintain accurate records of security deposits, lease terms, and payment histories Coordinate with property managers to track maintenance expenses, capital improvements, and other property-related costs while maintaining detailed records for tax and audit purposes Required Qualifications Minimum 8 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in real estate or property management Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Yardi, MRI, or similar platforms) Strong understanding of real estate accounting principles and practices Experience with bank reconciliations and financial statement preparation Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field Real estate or property management industry experience Experience with CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations Certification in bookkeeping or accounting (CPA, CMA, or similar) Experience with property management software Skills and Competencies Exceptional attention xrczosw to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management abilities Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solving skills and analytical thinking Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance - Company pays 100% of employee healthcare premiums Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Potential for bonus based on performance #INoct2025#LI-AS7#LI-ONSITE #ZRCFS
