Job Title: Experienced Appliance Repair Technician

Appliance of Highland Park & Irving is a leading provider of home appliance repair services, dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise. We specialize in repairing a wide range of household appliances, including refrigerators, ice machines, washing machines, dryers, ovens, cooktops, vent hoods, and more. Our team is committed to providing timely and efficient repair solutions to ensure our customers' appliances are back in working order as quickly as possible.
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing and repairing various home appliances, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
Diagnose and Repair: Efficiently diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances, including refrigerators, ice machines, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, and more.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining repair issues and solutions to customers and ensuring their satisfaction with the repair process.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance of appliances as needed, ensuring all work is completed to company standards.
Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and customers.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of parts used and ensure proper inventory levels are maintained.
Accurately document all service and repair activities, including diagnosis, parts used, and time spent on each job.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and repair techniques through ongoing training and development opportunities.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in appliance repair.
Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of home appliances, including electrical and mechanical systems.
Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
