About This Role Our client is looking for a scrappy, strategic marketer to lead product marketing and demand generation. Youll be their first marketing hire owning everything from positioning to pipeline. If you love translating technical features into customer value, building growth engines from scratch, and working directly with founders, this role is for you. Responsibilities Product Marketing Translate technical features into clear customer value. Create collateral: case studies, decks, onepagers. Drive customer education via docs, email campaigns, onboarding guides. Growth & Demand Generation Define and track growth metrics: inbound leads, pipeline, conversion rates. Build repeatable demand channels: ads, content, email, partnerships. Run paid acquisition experiments and measure ROI. Brand & Content Uphold a high bar for creativity and brand personality. Own social presence (X, LinkedIn) and maintain voice consistency. Lead thought leadership: blogs, podcasts, PR, founder amplification. Produce customer stories, launch videos, and product announcements. Events & Partnerships Execute high-ROI events and conferences with disciplined spend. Build relationships with influencers, creators, and ecosystem partners. Collaborate on swag, landing pages, and creative experiences. Build and lead a lean, high-impact marketing team. Set clear goals, reporting, and accountability. Partner with founders on GTM, sales, and fundraising announcements.
