Need Independent candidates (USC/ GC) only. Travel: 1-2 times per year may be required to travel outside of the state to attend special meetings with the team. (expenses are covered for this, with normal charges) We are seeking an experienced Network Construction Manager to oversee end-to-end construction activities for wireless, DAS, small cell, and fiber projects. This role is responsible for vendor management, site supervision, coordination with subcontractors/OEM installers, and ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage construction activities including bid walks, pre-con, site visits, punch walks, and closeout. 3–5 years of wireless/telecom construction experience. Knowledge of OSP construction, RF sweep, OTDR, PIM testing, and related tools. Ability to read blueprints, manage budgets, and oversee construction workflows. Lead vendor selection, negotiate project costs, and ensure competitive, high-quality work. Oversee outside plant (aerial/underground) fiber construction, hubs, nodes, and utility make-ready. Resolve on-site issues, manage risks, track project progress, and ensure accurate project documentation. Ensure compliance with NESC, NEC, OSHA, and company safety and construction standards. Valid driver’s license; High School diploma required.
