We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In this role, you will support various HR-related activities, ensuring smooth operations during a busy period. Pay Rate: $19–$22 per hour Location: 100% Onsite – Oklahoma City, OK Duration: 3-4 Weeks - could extend Responsibilities: • Assist employees in accessing and resolving issues with end-of-year documents, such as W-2 forms. • Conduct employment verifications promptly and accurately. • Support open enrollment processes, including providing guidance on benefits options. • Utilize HR software such as Paylocity and Employee Navigator to manage and update employee information. • Collaborate with the payroll manager to complete administrative tasks and ensure compliance. • Address employee inquiries and provide clear resolutions to HR-related concerns. • Maintain organized records and documentation related to onboarding and benefits. • Ensure proper handling of sensitive information in accordance with company policies. • Facilitate communication between HR and other departments as needed. • Provide additional administrative support during seasonal demands. • Previous experience in human resources or administrative roles. • Familiarity with HRIS systems such as Paylocity and Employee Navigator. • Strong understanding of open enrollment processes and employee benefits. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools. xrczosw • Flexibility to adapt to varying workloads and deadlines.
