This role is perfectly suited for someone with a background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, who is eager to apply their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Consulting Production Operator, you will be a key player in our team, working closely with various departments to ensure a smooth and efficient production process. As a Consulting Production Operator, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing the production process, ensuring that all operations are carried out in accordance with specified procedures and guidelines.
Coordinating with other departments, such as supply chain, quality control, and logistics to ensure a seamless production process.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of all production operations, including production schedules, material usage, and equipment maintenance records.
Identifying and addressing any issues or inefficiencies in the production process, implementing solutions as necessary.
Participating in regular team meetings, providing updates on production operations and contributing to strategic planning discussions.
A minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
A proven track record of managing production operations, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed production records.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues in the production process.
A degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Finance, or Engineering, is preferred but not essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems.
