Our only ask of you is that you be hungry, that you have a desire to win, and that you're willing to prove yourself on the basis of what you bring to the table—this position is commission-only.

If you want to kick tires and cap out at $60,000 a year, then this role's not for you. But if the thought of making $500,000 through your own hard work and ability excites you, then you'll be right at home.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 1 year proven sales experience (the hungrier, the better)
  • Fearless approach to cold-calling; rejection fuels your fire
  • Unwavering commitment to relentless follow-up—you pursue every lead until they buy or explicitly opt out
  • Exceptional communication skills; you speak with authority, clarity, and conviction
  • Ability to rapidly build trust, rapport, and genuine relationships
  • Proven record of resilience—you turn setbacks into setups for comebacks
  • Comfortable in a commission-only environment; motivated by uncapped earning potential
  • Coachable mindset—committed to continuous improvement and excellence
