Director, Marketplace Growth at DoorDash
Our US Marketplace team is responsible for growing the DoorDash business in the US, helping customers to discover and order whats best in their city, merchants to grow their sales, and dashers to find flexible work.
The US Marketplace team is looking for a motivated and handson operator to be the Director of Marketplace Growth. As a Strategy & Operations Director, youll scope, launch, scale, and operate the next generation of DoorDash products and channels to drive new marketplace growth.
You'll have the opportunity to help define new bets, incubate 01 experiments, scope partnership opportunities, and execute on a roadmap to grow the marketplace for focus audiences and other new marketplace bets.
Build Explore growth opportunities alongside our partners in Product, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, and Operations teams
Analyze Shape and define our strategy based on quantitative and qualitative data
Influence Work crossfunctionally across the US Marketplace Organization to help craft roadmaps, secure investment, and partner with other organizations to improve the new user experience
Grow Help the business get 1% better every day.
You have 10+ years of experience in strategy & operations or other operating roles; You have 5+ years of people management experience
You have experience leading crossfunctional projects and hitting goals
You are comfortable running analysis and manipulating datasets; SQL experience is strongly preferred
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. DoorDash also offers medical, dental, and vision benefits, 11 paid holidays, disability and basic life insurance, familyforming assistance, and a mental health program, among others.
For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
