Position Overview/Purpose: We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Proposal Analyst to support the processing and submission of client proposals. This role is responsible for analyzing client proposal requirements and submitting proposals that are in compliance with client specifications. This role also includes analysis of vendor/subcontractor proposals with strong emphasis on cost and scope. The ideal candidate will have string organizational abilities, deep industry knowledge, the ability to produce in a high-volume environment and a commitment to excellence. Responsibilities: Create, review, and analyze client proposals to identify requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria Follow up with Vendors for past due quotes and additional details where needed Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing Maintain proposal templates, content, and response libraries Track proposal progress and ensure timely submission in accordance with client KPIs Assist in the continuous improvement of proposal processes and tools Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, reinforcing the company’s commitment to quality and client centricity
