Manage day-to-day operations of Transfer Access Center, Centralized Patient Logistics and Bed Control; Oversee interfacility transfers, direct admissions, and centralized bed-placement processes; Monitor real-time capacity and transfer activity; escalate barriers; Ensure 24/7 deployment of Transfer Access RN Case Managers and Bed Placement Specialists; Develop transfer workflows and performance measures across Health First hospitals
