Job Title: UX Designer Duration: 18-24 months Location: Chicago, IL Required Pay Scale:70-73 ***Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates*** Job Summary: Role Focus Not a full UX Designer role—this is more of a production support role under UX leads. You would create wireframes and mockups, low to high fidelity, using Figma. You’ll support multiple projects, but not necessarily drive UX strategy end-to-end. Must-Have Skills Figma Experience   Fundamental UX Knowledge – understand the core principles of UX design (user-centered design, usability, information hierarchy, user flows, etc.). Agile Experience Self-starter / Learner – must be inquisitive and able to learn without hand-holding. Communication Skills & Developer Empathy – you don’t need to code, but understanding developers’ constraints and being able to collaborate with them is important.
