Job Title: UX Designer Duration: 18-24 months Location: Chicago, IL Required Pay Scale:70-73 ***Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates***Job Summary:Role FocusNot a full UX Designer rolethis is more of a production support role under UX leads.You would create wireframes and mockups, low to high fidelity, using Figma.Youll support multiple projects, but not necessarily drive UX strategy end-to-end.Must-Have SkillsFigma ExperienceFundamental UX Knowledge understand the core principles of UX design (user-centered design, usability, information hierarchy, user flows, etc.).Agile ExperienceSelf-starter / Learner must be inquisitive and able to learn without hand-holding.Communication Skills & Developer Empathy you dont need to code, but understanding developers constraints and being able to collaborate with them is important.
