Gastroenterologist Opportunity - Subspecialty Practice in a Regional Medical CenterLocation: Springfield, OR - Portland 105mSetting: Inpatient & OutpatientEmployment Type: Full-Time, permanent positionPosition Highlights: Join a growing team of 3 experienced gastroenterologists and 3 advanced practice clinicians patients per day day of clinic per week Dedicated anesthesia support for outpatient endoscopy center Shared call with internal group and local community GI physicians ERCP preferred, but not required DAX ambient scribe technology for improved documentation workflow Strong support for clinician wellness, leadership, and practice efficiencyCompensation & Benefits: Guaranteed salary: $605,195 (1.0 FTE) Generous employment bonus Relocation assistance, including home-finding and moving services Educational loan repayment available Medical, dental, and vision insurance (multiple plan options) Retirement plans: 403(b), 401(a), and optional 457(b) CME opportunities through clinician leadership and new clinician education programsQualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology ERCP skills preferred but not required Eligible for Oregon medical licenseCommunity: Springfield-Eugene metro area offers access to rivers, lakes, mountains, and the Oregon coast University town with cultural amenities and a vibrant downtown Affordable cost of living and a strong sense of community Ideal for outdoor recreation enthusiasts
