Drive engagement, recognition, and inclusion initiatives that reflect MJM’s ESOP culture and values for both individual and team accomplishments. Work with senior managers to develop and manage employee feedback systems (surveys, 360 sessions) that create actionable initiatives. Measure and report cultural and engagement metrics to leadership. Measure| Organizational Systems Strengthen HR systems, policies, and processes to support a growing multi-office structure. Maintain accurate employee records, job descriptions, and HR documentation. Ensure compliance with all HR and ESOP-related requirements while maintaining a people-first focus. Establish metrics and frameworks to measure effectiveness of retention and engagement programs. Partner with managers and senior leadership to support annual performance review cycles, compensation adjustments, and professional development tracking. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or Organizational Psychology (an advanced degree or professional certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, etc. is a plus). 5+ years of progressive HR or talent acquisition/management experience, ideally in architecture, engineering, construction, or design. Proven success developing and scaling talent systems in growth-oriented environments. Strong communication, facilitation, and change management skills.
