Chief Financial Officer (Remote U.S.) We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to lead our Infrastructure Stack and build the financial backbone that supports Custom Capitals rapid growth. This is a strategic executive role for a finance leader who can build institutionalgrade financial operations while partnering with the CEO and COO to scale the business. What Youll Do Lead the Infrastructure Stack: Own and develop accounting, finance, GRAC, data & automations, and I/T & cybersecurity. Build Financial Operations: Establish institutionalgrade financial infrastructure including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation. Drive Strategic Planning: Partner with the CEO and COO on financial strategy, capital planning, and growth initiatives. Establish GRAC Framework: Build and oversee Governance, Risk, Assurance & Compliance functions. Oversee DealLevel Economics: Provide financial visibility into deal performance and departmental metrics. Lead Board Reporting: Prepare quarterly and annual board materials and present financial performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors. Manage Capital & Treasury: Oversee cash management, capital allocation, and treasury functions. Coordinate Data & Technology: Partner with data & automations and I/T teams to build KPI dashboards, automate reporting, and ensure data integrity across the organization. Build the Team: Hire and develop finance, GRAC, and supporting functions. Who You Are 15+ years of progressive finance leadership, with experience as CFO, VP Finance, or equivalent at a growthstage company. Commercial real estate, private equity, or financial services experience strongly preferred. CRE financial expertisedeep understanding of commercial real estate economics, deal structures, and transaction accounting. Experience with NNN investments, acquisitions, or investment platforms is ideal. Builder mentalityyouve built financial infrastructure at a scaling company. Strategic finance capabilityexperience partnering with CEOs and Boards on strategic planning, capital allocation, and growth initiatives. GRAC experiencefamiliarity with governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance in a regulated or institutional environment. Leadership capabilitiesproven ability to build and lead highperforming finance teams. Technology orientationcomfortable leveraging technology for financial operations, reporting automation, and datadriven decision making. Strong communication skillsable to present financial information to Board members, investors, and executive leadership with clarity and confidence.
