Jacoby & Meyers is the pre‑eminent law firm protecting consumers since 1972. We are currently seeking a smart and capable Trial Attorney to join our growing team. Trial Attorney
Type of Position: Full Time
Fully Remote (Must be able to attend in person hearings, depositions and trial preparation)
Draft pleadings (complaints, motions, oppositions)
Draft and review discovery, meet and confer letters, and discovery motions
Argue motion and opposition hearings remotely and in Court
Prepare pre‑trial documents and trial materials
Draft mediation briefs and attend mediation, active participation in negotiating settlements
Assist in management of litigation assistants and paralegals
Strong written and oral advocacy skills
Civil litigation or personal injury experience is a plus
