We are seeking a qualified and licensed *Landscape Irrigator (LI)* to join our team. This position is responsible for the *design, installation, maintenance, repair, alteration, and servicing* of irrigation systems. The LI will also consult on irrigation solutions, ensuring systems are functional, water-efficient, and compliant with all relevant regulations, including connections to private or public water supplies—such as raw or potable water systems and water wells in unincorporated areas. *Key Responsibilities:** *Design* irrigation systems tailored to residential and multifamily properties * *Consult* with clients on efficient water usage and system planning. * *Install* new irrigation systems, ensuring proper function and water conservation. * *Maintain* and *repair* existing systems, including diagnosing and resolving issues with valves, controllers, sensors, and piping. * *Alter or upgrade* existing systems to meet evolving client needs or code requirements. * Connect irrigation systems to appropriate *water supplies*, including municipal lines, potable water, raw water sources, and private wells. * Ensure all work complies with *Texas federal rules and regulations*, including those governing water usage and system safety. * Work independently or in coordination with landscaping crews and other contractors. * Maintain accurate records of service, repairs, and installations. *Qualifications:** Valid *Landscape Irrigator (LI) License* as required by Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ). * Minimum 2 years of experience in irrigation system design, installation, and maintenance. * Strong understanding of irrigation hydraulics, electrical systems, and water conservation practices. * Familiarity with various types of irrigation controllers, valves, and sprinkler systems. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and site plans. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and customer service skills. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.43 - $33.03 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40 per week Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Overtime * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
