If you have a love for children, a patient spirit, and a passion for early learning, we’d love to meet you. *What You’ll Do** Create engaging lesson plans and hands-on activities using storytelling, music, play, and interactive media. * Support children in building confidence, social skills, and self-regulation. * Foster positive peer interactions and help children learn problem-solving and conflict resolution. * Guide children in exploring creativity through art, music, and practical life skills. * Organize daily routines including snacks, rest time, and transitions. * Track and document developmental progress and share updates with families. * Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to support each child’s growth. * Collaborate with fellow teachers to maintain a supportive, fun, and safe classroom environment. * Ensure a clean, organized, and health-compliant classroom space. *What You Bring** Previous experience as a Preschool Teacher or in a similar role. * Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education. * Understanding of safety, sanitation, and licensing standards. * Strong communication, classroom management, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to guide children through challenges with calmness and patience. * A collaborative mindset and a positive, reliable attitude. * Meet the State of California qualifications for a Preschool Teacher (ECE units or equivalent). *Our Goal* To nurture curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning—helping each child build a strong foundation for their next stage of education.
