Responsibilities include: Overseeing the design and execution of complex civil engineering projects Managing project scope, schedule, and budgets to ensure successful delivery Providing technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staff Preparing and reviewing plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates Coordinating with clients, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project success Conducting construction oversight and administration as needed Leading business development efforts , including proposal writing and client engagement Project Types: You will lead and manage a variety of projects, including: Water distribution & sewer collection systems Stormwater infrastructure Roads & highways Water & wastewater treatment systems Subdivision land development Commercial site design Federal Government facilities (e.g., U.S. Air Force projects) What We’re Looking For: We are seeking an experienced leader with strong technical and project management skills. The candidate will work under experienced department managers, all holding PE licenses. TD&H will provide project management training if necessary. The ideal candidate id detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a growing team. The ideal candidate will have: B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering (M.S. preferred) from an accredited university Professional Engineer (PE) license in WA or ability to obtain in 2 years required 5+ years of experience in civil engineering Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing projects and teams Strong client relationship management and business development experience Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and deliver high-quality work on schedule Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience living or working in Washington is a plus Salary: $80,000 - $135,000 annually (Excluding year-end bonus), depending on experience, education, and qualifications. xrczosw Ready to Take the Lead?
