Executive Assistant Full Time Stamford, Stamford, CT, US Salary Range: $36.06 To $40.87 Hourly We are Waste Harmonics Keter, your partner in handling complex waste operations. The Executive Assistant professional will provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives while leading office management/facilities initiatives. Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with accuracy and discretion Draft, edit, and distribute internal company communications Manage and support relationship with facility services which includes scheduling routine maintenance, alerting facilities staff in a timely manner of any service requests and work orders, Coordinate with facilities services to ensure compliance with all emergency rules and regulations Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity

Experience:
