Skilled Trades Construction Recruiter, Arena Staffing San Diego, CA | On-Site | Full-Time Compensation: $60K - $70K plus commission Arena Staffing is expanding and looking for a Skilled Trades Construction Recruiter to join our in-office recruiting team. If you're driven, people-oriented, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, this role is a great fit. What You'll Do Recruit and build talent pipelines for skilled trades roles (laborers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, equipment operators, etc.) Interview candidates and manage full onboarding compliance Maintain accurate candidate profiles in our ATS/CRM Dispatch workers to active construction jobsites and communicate daily updates Perform QAP check-ins to ensure client satisfaction and employee engagement Partner closely with branch leadership to fill high-volume and last-minute requests What You Bring Prior recruiting experience (construction strongly preferred) Strong relationship-building skills with candidates and clients Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Ability to adapt quickly and manage competing priorities Familiarity with jobsite safety, certifications, and workers' comp codes is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS/CRM systems Why Join Us Growing company with advancement opportunities Competitive compensation, salary plus commission Fun, fast-paced office environment Company culture centered around: Authenticity, Relationships, Ethics & Character, Nurture, and being All In Benefits: Health insurance Dental insurance PTO 401K Matching
