Mechanical Estimator (Commercial Plumbing and HVAC)  Company Description: E. Escher Incorporated is a Georgia based mechanical contractor incorporated in 1990. We self-perform installation of piping, chillers, AHUs, cooling towers, pumps, etc., and subcontract sheet metal, insulation, and control work. Pipe includes copper, PVC, carbon steel, various acid resistant plastics, cast iron and ductile iron. Joints include threaded, welded, mechanical. Mostly comprised of mechanical and plumbing work, projects are commercial, institutional, and industrial and range from $100k to $15M.   Job Description: E. Escher Incorporated, a Metro Atlanta Mechanical Contracting company, is seeking a senior-level estimator with at least 7+ years’ experience in the mechanical contracting business. Projects include commercial, institutional, and industrial. This leadership role is responsible for revenue generation, site visits, cost control, team leadership, client relations, and technical management of various size projects. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Most of our projects are located throughout the Atlanta Metro Area. Required skills : · Superior Bid Proposal and Preparation · Thorough knowledge of piping, plumbing and mechanical system operations · Estimating, budget, cost control, scheduling, and management of multiple bids · Solid understanding of wide variety of HVAC Equipment and Materials · Existing vendor and subcontractor Relationships · In-depth knowledge of system installations · Self-starter with strong work ethic · Proficient with MS Word and Excel   Desired Skills and Expertise: · Strong organizational and leadership skills · Exceptional ability for documentation and attention to detail · Excellent written and verbal communications · Ability to review CAD Drawings · Experience utilizing Autobid, Bluebeam and Procore Job Type: · Full Time · Salary $110k+ (based on experience, industry knowlege,familiarity with estimating platforms, etc.) Required: · 7+ years’ experience as HVAC/Commercial Plumbing Estimator Preferred: · Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering · State of Georgia Plumbing License · State of Georgia HVAC License · State of Georgia Boiler License · Additional HVAC Certifications Benefits*: · Health Insurance · Paid Vacation (Holidays, vacation, and Personal days)· 401K Plan (with Safe Harbor Company Match)· Profit Sharing Program *Conditions apply.
