Mechanical Estimator (Commercial Plumbing and HVAC)
Escher Incorporated is a Georgia based mechanical contractor incorporated in 1990. and subcontract sheet metal, insulation, and control work. Pipe includes copper, PVC, carbon steel, various acid resistant plastics, cast iron and ductile iron. Joints include threaded, welded, mechanical. Mostly comprised of mechanical and plumbing work, projects are commercial, institutional, and industrial and range from $100k to $15M.
Escher Incorporated, a Metro Atlanta Mechanical Contracting company, is seeking a senior-level estimator with at least 7+ years’ experience in the mechanical contracting business. Projects include commercial, institutional, and industrial. This leadership role is responsible for revenue generation, site visits, cost control, team leadership, client relations, and technical management of various size projects. Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Most of our projects are located throughout the Atlanta Metro Area.
Thorough knowledge of piping, plumbing and mechanical system operations
Solid understanding of wide variety of HVAC Equipment and Materials
Existing vendor and subcontractor Relationships
In-depth knowledge of system installations
Proficient with MS Word and Excel
Ability to review CAD Drawings
Full Time
Salary $110k+ (based on experience, familiarity with estimating platforms, etc.)
7 years’ experience as HVAC/Commercial Plumbing Estimator
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
State of Georgia Boiler License
