• Our client is seeking a Project Manager Analyst to join their team.. The Project Manager Analyst assists in the planning, execution, and completion of projects under the guidance of a senior project manager. They play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple tasks effectively while working within a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with project management tasks

Assisting in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinating project activities and ensuring that tasks are completed on schedule.
• Monitoring project progress and identifying and addressing issues or risks.
• Communicating with team members, stakeholders, and senior management to provide updates on project status.
• Assisting in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Supporting the implementation of project management best practices and processes.
• Managing project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Providing administrative support to the project team, including scheduling meetings and taking minutes.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
• Provide comprehensive support to various project management initiatives and teams.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure project timelines are met.
• Maintain organized project documentation and tracking systems.
• Adapt to changing project needs and requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to collaborative project goals.

Bachelor’s degree.
• Technical or software background.
• PMP Certification
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Experience utilizing MS Office Suite and PowerBI.
• Strong understanding of the project management lifecycle.
