Aquarius offers a wide range of core services which are considered both the brains (strategy, consulting, ideation and creative) and the backbones (activation, implementation, execution and measurement) in the areas of sponsorship and experiential marketing. The agency specializes in understanding the business of sports and applies that knowledge to serve corporate clients who invest sponsorship dollars. The creative and strategic programs developed by the agency connect brands to consumers’ passions through the power of sports and entertainment.

Aquarius Sports and Entertainment is seeking a Coordinator/Senior Coordinator to join the agency’s Client Services team to support the planning, implementation and execution of sponsorships, as well as activations and experiential marketing platforms, on behalf of agency clients. The Coordinator/Senior Coordinator will be expected to participate in the program development process, provide onsite assistance at events, and provide general support/tactical assistance for the Client Services team. Additionally, the Coordinator/Senior Coordinator will be asked to research, summarize, analyze and draft client communications (i.e. agendas, recaps, presentations, etc.), as well as communicate information effectively and persuasively to both the Client Services team and agency clients. 
 
Account Management
· Track client sponsorship and media assets 
· Prepare first drafts of agency and client communications 
· Document client and vendor interaction
· Research, summarize, analyze and draw conclusions for client presentations
· Participate in project planning and brainstorming sessions
· Serve as a primary contact for vendors
· Clearly communicate information effectively and persuasively to the internal account team
· Plan, organize, coordinate and facilitate on-site events

Make recommendations to the internal account team based, based on bids received
· College graduate
· Some travel required – varies by program, may include weekends and/or holidays
