Graham Healthcare Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist who will setup new equipment for deployment, including Samsung phones and tablets and Windows-based laptops. This person will also wipe returned equipment in preparation for retirement or redeployment. They will ensure our inventory database is updated. Familiarity of remote management tools is a plus. IT Support Specialist Responsibilities: * Setup and image devices for deployment Process equipment returns Prepare outdated equipment for disposal Run diagnostics and evaluate equipment for deployment/redeployment Work with vendors regarding equipment repairs Keep inventory up-to-date Setup and ship replacement equipment for remote workers Liaison between multiple IT teams IT Support Specialist Requirements: * Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Excellent communication skills Must be a team player M ust take initiative to learn, understand process/workflow IT Support Specialist Experience: * Experience with Windows 10 and mobile devices High school diploma or general education degree (GED) This is an entry-level position Join the Graham Healthcare Group and enjoy the following benefits: * Competitive Pay: With opportunity for advancement Health and Welfare Benefits : Various medical, dental, and vision insurance options for you and your family to choose from.
