The Houston office is seeking a motivated and organized Entry-Level Paralegal to support the legal team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to advance their legal career in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with case preparation and document management. Organize and maintain physical and electronic case files. Draft basic legal correspondence and forms under supervision. Communicate with clients, courts, and government agencies regarding case updates. Monitor deadlines and help ensure timely filings. Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry. Qualifications: Requires Paralegal certificate or Associate's degree in legal studies preferred. Requires an Internship or office experience in a legal setting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
