Entry-Level Paralegal - Tax Collections Location: Houston, TX
Employment Type: Full-Time
Our Client is a high-volume law firm specializing in tax collections, serving clients across Texas with professionalism and efficiency. The Houston office is seeking a motivated and organized Entry-Level Paralegal to support the legal team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to advance their legal career in a fast-paced environment.
Assist attorneys with case preparation and document management.
Draft basic legal correspondence and forms under supervision.
Monitor deadlines and help ensure timely filings.
Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and data entry.

Requires Paralegal certificate or Associate's degree in legal studies preferred.
Requires an Internship or office experience in a legal setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
On-the-job mentorship with some of the best attorneys in this field.
Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in tax law and collections.
