About the Facility Location The facility is located 1 hour north of Charlottesville, Virginia. About the Clinician's Workday This position has a two-week credentialing timeframe and follows a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role is open to physicians only and does not include call responsibilities. The provider will see an average of 18-20 adult patients per day. A Virginia license and DEA are required. Support staff includes RNs and LPNs, and while documentation is paper-based, Sapphire is used for prescribing.
