About the Facility Location The facility is located in Richmond, Virginia. About the Clinician's Workday This outpatient role has a credentialing timeframe of 30 days or less and follows a Monday-Friday schedule with 9-hour workdays and no call requirements. The position is open to APPs only, with an average volume of 20-25 patients per day, primarily occupational medicine (90%) with some urgent care (10%). A DOT certification is required, and the EMR system used is AllScripts. Providers will diagnose and treat work-related injuries and walk-in urgent care patients, perform DOT, pre-placement, public safety, and surveillance physicals, complete in-office procedures, communicate with employers, and maintain timely documentation. Concentra provides approximately one week of orientation and training alongside a permanent physician, and providers typically remain at the same location for three-month assignments.
