Manage all aspects within the restaurant, including food production, guest service and experience, and direct crew and manager work
Proactively lead and manage all People processes including but not limited to: Recruiting, Hiring and Onboarding
Performance Management
Plan for and make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and food ordering/costs
Ensure food safety measures are set and achieved to McDonalds standards of excellence
