This role offers a unique opportunity to represent Frontier Communications, a leading national telecommunications provider, through a structured D2D sales initiative. As a Junior Account Executive, you will receive a comprehensive training program designed to build expertise across every stage of the sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. The Junior Account Executive be fully equipped with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed in representing Frontier’s Direct-to-Door initiative with professionalism and confidence. Key Responsibilities of the Junior Account Executive Promote Frontier’s residential telecom services through structured Direct-to-Door outreach, engaging new customers in assigned territories. Conduct thorough needs assessments and recommend customized solutions for Frontier’s internet, TV, and wireless offerings. Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead engagement, account setup, service activation, and post-sale follow-up. Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and client acquisition benchmarks. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, service recommendations, and account updates using Frontier’s CRM system.
