Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Onsite in Camas, WA

Duration: 3-6 month contract with possibility of extension or hire

Hourly Rate: $20-$25 per hour

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment is immediately seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our client's team on a 3-6 month contract basis. Though this role will not be doing sales, the ideal candidate will support their sales team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to the overall success of the sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, order processing, and customer inquiries.
  • Maintain and update sales records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Support the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience using an ERP or CRM system is a big plus.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge, including pivot tables and vlookups, as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; continuing education preferred.
