The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, with exceptional skills in trial preparation, legal writing, drafting pleadings, and legal research. As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be expected to:
Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation cases from onset through post-trial.
Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and clarity.
Review, organize, and summarize case materials and prepare legal memorandums.
Collaborate with attorneys to develop legal strategies and prepare for depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
Liaise with clients, court officials, and other legal professionals in a professional and courteous manner.
Experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in a law firm setting.
Proficiency in trial preparation, legal writing, drafting pleadings, and conducting legal research.
Proficiency in using legal research software.
