Teamwork, organization, and customer service are crucial to this role. Responsibilities: Provide legal support to attorneys Prepare Probate Pleadings Track inventory and distribution of assets Knowledge of IRS Forms Recording documents and deeds with courts, E-Filing Proofread all documents and correspondence for accuracy Enter time and print reports as requested Heavy Dictation Maintaining clients files including preparing documents for signings Daily communication with clients in a professional manner Filing wills in appropriate counties, ensuring proper docketing and timely filing of all tax returns and court papers Communicating with governmental agencies, accountants/advisors, financial institutions and other relevant third parties regarding the administration of trusts, estates, and guardianships Qualifications: Efficient, fast learner, detail-oriented Personable, professional, and dependable with good phone skills Experience with HotDocs program is a plus but not required •Hands-on experience in a legal office Interested in hearing more?
