Company Overview Loop is building the enterprise copilot for restaurants, starting with delivery. Over the last three years, delivery & digital ordering grew 10 into a major source of restaurant revenue, creating fundamental operational and financial challenges. With Loop, restaurants can view their P&L in real time, automate closing books, improve order accuracy, diagnose poor performance and empower their teams with feedback. Job Description The Director of Channel Sales will lead and grow Loops indirect sales channel, building relationships with strategic partners and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee the companys overall channel sales strategy and objectives to drive revenue through indirect sales channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic channel partners such as resellers, system integrators, and distributors. Lead a team, set performance goals, and enhance partner performance and alignment with company objectives. Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy, including comarketing business plans and short and longterm sales objectives. Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of channel partners. Drive revenue through channel partners, set sales targets, and evaluate the effectiveness of partner programs and sales initiatives. Work closely with direct sales, marketing, and internal teams to ensure alignment and seamless communication. Implement and streamline CRM processes and sales automation platforms for channel sales. Conduct postprogram ROI analysis to gauge effectiveness and provide input into budget decisions. Qualifications 4+ years of experience in channel sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Experience building reseller, referral, and partner relationships from the ground up. Experience selling technology to multiple stakeholders across varying departmental functions.
