GENERAL DENTIST OPENING – Shelby, NC Join a thriving, doctor-led group in a modern practice environment.

ABOUT THE POSITION
A well-established, doctor-led dental group is seeking a General Dentist to join their team in Shelby, NC. This modern, fully equipped office is designed to support a wide range of general dentistry services in a collaborative, patient-centered setting.

~4-day work week
~2-doctor practice model with strong support team
~ Full-scope general dentistry with opportunity for implants (Pan-equipped office)
~8 operatories with 2 hygienists and 2 dental assistants
~ PPO and cash-pay patient base (no Medicaid)
~ Average of 12–15 patients per day, plus hygiene checks


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
~ Daily minimum guarantee transitioning to 30–32% of adjusted production
~ PTO and paid holidays
~ Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, short- and long-term disability
~401(k) retirement plan
