The ideal candidate will possess strong general maintenance skills, have experience leading a team of maintenance and cleaning technicians, and will be dependable to be onsite to support and direct day to day building operations. The role will require interfacing with decision makers on the finance and operations team as well. Schedule : Monday thru Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm ($26-$28/hour)  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Support day-to-day repairs in general maintenance, plumbing, and electrical systems as required Experience with HVAC is a plus Ability to manage light carpentry duties including painting, patching, drywall, man door repairs, etc. Oversee staff, assuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and properly. Support fire systems / life fire safety compliance Support training of staff members on floor care (strip and wax, carpet cleaning, etc.)  Maintain detailed and complete records of maintenance, repair, and testing activities. Maintain site supplies inventory Develop and maintain client relationships including participation in client meetings Manage work orders within a work order management system Manage bid for services  Work with leadership to maintain the facility within approved budgets Escalate critical tasks for added support when needed QUALIFICATIONS : Experience in Commercial Facilities maintenance and support Strong mechanical aptitude Strong leadership, with servant leadership mindset Ability to troubleshoot general maintenance issues Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with a wide range of persons Ability to self-manage and perform each essential duty beyond satisfaction BENEFITS: Health, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Company-match Retirement Savings Plan Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening.
