Our client, a leader in the design and manufacture of custom electronic components for the radio frequency market, is seeking a Soldering Technician/Assembler to join their team on a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule. As a Soldering Technician/Assembler, you will be part of the production team supporting various assembly projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.The information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications. Job Title: Soldering Technician/Assembler Location: Brewster, NY Pay Range: $18-22 per hour What's the Job? Perform electronic assembly and soldering tasks with precision. Utilize small hand tools to assemble detailed electronic components. Interpret CAD drawings and follow work instructions accurately. Collaborate with team members to ensure quality and efficiency in production. Participate in cross-training opportunities to expand technical skills. What's Needed? Previous soldering experience and electronics assembly is a must-have. Ability to interpret CAD drawings and follow detailed work instructions. Comfortable using small hand tools and working with intricate electronic assemblies. Strong desire to learn and take on increased technical responsibilities.
