Apply now to start building your future How to Apply: Book an interview time and send your resume to: JHON.MONTANA@RANDSTADUSA.COM salary: $18 - $23 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: No Degree Required Responsibilities Blueprint & Schematic Reading Ability to interpret complex Assembly Drawings, electrical Schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications to determine assembly sequence and component parts. Electro-Mechanical Assembly Experience assembling and modifying large-scale and sub-assemblies combining both electrical and mechanical components. Soldering & Wiring Proficiency in Soldering, wire cutting, crimping, and cable harnessing. Precision Measurement Expertise in using Measuring Tools like Micrometers, Calipers, and gauges to ensure components meet strict tolerance specifications. Tool Proficiency Skilled use of a variety of Hand Tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, crimpers) and Power Tools (drills, rivet guns) for fastening and fitting. The essential functions of this role include: manual lifting up to 50lbs standing for 8 hours at one time Skills Mechanical Assembling Blue Print Soldering Wiring Tool Proficiency Precision Measurement Electronic Assembling Parts Assembling Qualifications Years of experience: 3 years Experience level: Entry Level Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
